研究了赤霉素(GA_3)、3-吲哚乙酸(IAA)、6-苄氨基嘌呤(6-BA)、层积的湿度和温度等五因素对玉兰种子休眠解除的影响。GA_3、6-BA、湿度和温度显著地影响休眠解除,而IAA的影响不显著(P<0.25)。在解除休眠方面,GA_3和IAA、6-BA和湿度、湿度和温度之间的交互作用显著(P<0.25)。用GA_3(400ppm)+6-BA(200ppm)处理48小时后再层积(湿度为50%,温度为7~11℃)8周可使玉兰种子的发芽率达到73%,解除其休眠。这种处理比以前的方法更有效。用以前的方法,即用蒸馏水浸48小时后再层积(湿度为60%,温度为0~5℃)处理种子8周后,发芽率只有8%。
The effects of gibberellin (GA_3), 3-indoleacetic acid (IAA), 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA) on the dormancy of magnolia seed were studied. GA_3,6-BA, humidity and temperature significantly affected dormancy release, while IAA had no significant effect (P <0.25). There was a significant (P <0.25) interaction between GA_3 and IAA, 6-BA and humidity, humidity and temperature for dormancy release. After being treated with GA_3 (400ppm) + 6-BA (200ppm) for 48 hours and then lamination (humidity 50%, temperature 7 ~ 11 ℃) for 8 weeks, Magnolia seed germination rate can reach 73%, release its dormancy. This treatment is more effective than the previous method. The germination rate was only 8% after the seeds were treated with distilled water for 48 hours and then stratified (humidity 60%, temperature 0-5 ° C) for 8 weeks.
