Generative school-based teaching and research is the product of continuous reflection and improvement on teaching and research activities in the context of school-generated education research. Generative teaching and research is carried out for the sake of teachers’ wisdom and personality formation. It emphasizes that individual knowledge and ability, wisdom and personality can be constructed only through interpersonal interaction. Focusing on improving the quality of interaction and strengthening cooperative research are the keys to improving the effectiveness of teaching and research.
