研究了包沫铝消音性能及其随孔隙结构及成形方法的变化情况。结果表明:泡沫铝在0.125~16kHz范围内均具有较好的消音作用;其消音效果受其孔隙结构和成形方法所影响,孔径为1.6~3.2mm和0.63~0.8mm试样的消音效果最佳,孔隙率大的消音效果更优,成形体法泡沫铝的消音性能明显优于散粒子法泡沫铝。
The silencing performance of aluminum foamed aluminum and its variation with pore structure and forming method were studied. The results show that aluminum foam has better sound-deadening effect in the range of 0.125 ~ 16kHz, and its sound-deadening effect is affected by the pore structure and forming method. The pore sizes are 1.6 ~ 3.2mm and 0.63 ~ 0. The sound-absorbing effect of the 8mm sample is the best, and the sound-damping effect of large porosity is better. The sound-deadening performance of the foamed aluminum of the shaped body method is obviously better than that of the discrete particle aluminum foamed aluminum.
