目前我国中小学体育课正向科学化方向迈进,许多体育教师寓心理学知识于体育课之中,已取得了良好的效果。但在平时看课中我们发现,有些教师忽视了体育课结束部分的整理活动,时间不能保证,草率结束;内容单调枯燥;有的虽较重视生理上的放松,却忽视了心理上的调整。上述现象对学生的身心健康,对下一节文化课的学习都会产生不利的影响。本文主要探讨把自我暗示用于体育课的结束部分、即使之成为调节生理负荷,同时也调节心理负荷的主要手段。
At present, primary and secondary physical education in our country is moving forward in the direction of science. Many physical education teachers have put the psychology knowledge in physical education and have achieved good results. However, in normal class, we found that some teachers neglected the finishing activities in the end of PE class, the time can not be guaranteed and the conclusion was sloppy; the content is dull and monotonous; while others pay more attention to the physiological relaxation, they ignore the psychological adjustment. The above phenomenon on the physical and mental health of students, the next section of cultural studies will have a negative impact. This article focuses on using self-cues for the end of physical education classes, even though it is the primary means of regulating the physiological load and of the psychological load.
