目的 探讨老年高血压的特点和治疗。方法对60例老年高血压病例作回顾性总结分析。结果 60例中血压基本恢复正常53例,6例未达正常,1例死于脑出血。结论通过对老年高血压病患者进行非药物治疗和药物治疗,可以达到有效控制血压,减少高血压病并发症发生的目的 。 Objective To investigate the characteristics and treatment of hypertension in the elderly. Methods Sixty elderly hypertensive patients were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 60 cases, the blood pressure returned to normal in 53 cases, 6 cases were not normal and 1 died of cerebral hemorrhage. Conclusion Through the non-drug treatment and drug treatment of elderly patients with hypertension, can effectively control blood pressure and reduce the incidence of complications of hypertension purposes.
