根据现有的激光冲击成形理论,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA,通过合理的简化、建模及单元的选择、材料属性的设定、网格的划分、约束的施加、求解的控制等,建立了TC4钛合金薄板两工位激光单次同步冲击成形的有限元模型,并对成形的过程进行了数值模拟。在后处理中绘制了成形过程的动态响应曲线,分析了冲击波在靶材中的传播及衰减特点;通过路径的操作,绘制了成形后的轮廓曲线,并对应力分布状况进行了深入分析,为激光同步冲击成形的研究与应用提供参考。
