竹醋液可用于农药增效剂,为探讨竹醋液对农药光解的影响,以高压汞灯为光源,研究竹醋液对印楝素A和咪鲜胺在玻片表面和水中的光解作用,以超高效液相色谱进行检测。结果表明,在水中和玻片表面,竹醋液对2种农药的光解均有光猝灭作用。在玻片表面,竹醋液使咪鲜胺和印楝素A的光解半衰期延长至5.73 min和4.13 min,分别是空白对照的2.2倍和1.4倍。和对照相比,竹醋液能延长水中咪鲜胺和印楝素A的光解半衰期3.9倍和2.4倍。稀释30倍的竹醋液相当于浓度为57.45 mg·L~(-1)的化学抗光剂对氨基苯甲酸对印楝素A的抗光效果。竹醋液能显著延长供试农药光解的半衰期,有望作为农药助剂在易光解农药中应用。
Bamboo vinegar can be used as a pesticide synergist. To explore the effect of bamboo vinegar on photochemical degradation of pesticides, high pressure mercury lamp was used as a light source to study the effect of bamboo vinegar on azadirachtin A and prochloraz on the glass surface and water Solution, to detect by ultra performance liquid chromatography. The results showed that bamboo vinegar had photoluminescence quenching on the two pesticides in water and on the surface of slide glass. On the glass surface, bamboo vinegar prolonged the photolysis half-lives of prochloraz and azadirachtin A to 5.73 min and 4.13 min, which were 2.2 and 1.4 times that of the blank control respectively. Compared with the control, bamboo vinegar can prolong the photolytic half-life of prochloraz and azadirachtin A by 3.9 times and 2.4 times. Bamboo vinegar diluted 30 times is equivalent to the light-resistant effect of azobenzoic acid to azadirachtin A, a chemical light-sensitive agent at a concentration of 57.45 mg · L -1. Bamboo vinegar can significantly extend the half-life of photoperiod for pesticide testing, and is expected to be used as a pesticide adjuvant in pesticides.
