我们外语教研组的全体教师,在学校党支部的具体领导下,学习了教学改革的文件和有关改革外语教学的一些文件后,提高了思想认识。我们全面地检查和分析了过去外语教学中所存在的少、慢、差、费现象及其原因,如重语法,轻语言实践,教学方法呆板,教具缺乏等等。针对这种情况,我们进行了集体研究,提出了改进措施,制订了学科计划。实践证明,采用新的教学大纲和新的教科书,根据新的教学体系和教学原则进行教学,就能提高外语教学的质量。为了做好改革外语教学的工作,我们首先抓大改班的俄语课。领导深入第一线,线常下班听课,掌握教师教学与学生接受知识的情况,针对存在的问题,与班主任和任课老师共同研究,并采取了有效的措施,终于
All the teachers in our foreign language teaching and research group, under the specific leadership of the school's party branch, have learned the teaching reform documents and some documents on reforming the foreign language teaching, thus raising their awareness of ideology.
