以甲苯二异氰酸酯、丙烯酸 β -羟乙酯等为原料 ,在不同条件下合成了含双键的氨酯预聚体 8份。用红外光谱法解析了预聚体的结构特征及双键的含量 ;探讨了预聚体与烯类单体的相溶性及相应溶液的粘度 ;确定了合成的工艺参数。为将氨酯基团引入丙烯酸树脂提供了一种可用的官能单体。
Using toluene diisocyanate and β - hydroxyethyl acrylate as raw materials, 8 parts of urethane prepolymer containing double bond were synthesized under different conditions. The structure characteristics and double bond content of the prepolymer were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The compatibility of the prepolymer with the vinyl monomer and the viscosity of the corresponding solution were discussed. The technological parameters of the synthesis were determined. A useful functional monomer is provided for introducing urethane groups into the acrylic resin.
