我厂7号炉为哈尔滨锅炉厂出产的813-120/39型锅炉。制粉系统采用钢球磨煤机中间贮仓式。磨煤机为ⅢBM287/470型,研磨鹤岗、双鸭山混合烟煤。粗粉分离器为ДККБ-3420型。这种分离器的一次分离,主要是籍气粉混合物在进入分离器的入口后,扩容降速,使气流中的粗颗粒煤粉,靠自身的重力沉降分离出来。但是在实际运行中,一次分离的效果并不好,这里分离出的回粉比较少,且其中合格的细粉占较大的比例,这部分细粉又重被送回球磨机再研磨,增加了系统的阻力和制粉系统的磨损,并增加了耗电量。 1976年,根据我厂各炉粗粉分离器存在的问题,在综合分析的基础上,对7号炉的粗粉分离器进行了改进。改进后的分离器见下图。
