选择不同退化程度的蝉棒束孢(Isaria cicadae)菌株,用柞蚕蛹(Antheraea pernyi)和大蜡螟(Galleria mellonella)作为替代寄主进行复壮,并对复壮后的菌株进行了栽培验证实验。结果表明,蚕蛹复壮效果优于大蜡螟,但是复壮周期较后者长1倍。所有菌株均能通过注射接种侵染蚕蛹,但菌株退化程度不同对蚕蛹的侵染力不同;侵染大蜡螟的方法不同,其效果有显著差异,菌液浸蘸法优于固体培养物接触法。退化严重的菌种通过虫体复壮难以恢复产孢梗束能力。
The strain of Isaria cicadae with different degrees of degradation was selected, and the host was reused with Antheraea pernyi and Galleria mellonella as host strains. The rejuvenated strain was tested for its cultivation. The results showed that the rejuvenation of silkworm pupae was better than that of the waxworm, but the rejuvenation period was 1 times longer than that of the latter. All strains could infect silkworm chrysalis by inoculation inoculation, but different strains degrade silkworm chrysalis different in infectivity. There are significant differences in the methods of infecting waxworm, the dipping method is better than that of solid culture law.
