我院1990年10月起采用自行研制的感应式热效应器治疗某些体表病变100例,均获良好效果。1 材料与方法 采用上海电烙铁厂生产的感应式电烙铁(60w,220v,50～60Hz),在其热效应部前端安装一直径约0.7mm的紫铜圆头,长约7mm,更名为感应式热效应器。使用时,先于病变部位消毒、局麻。接通效应器电源,8秒钟后,其铜质圆头表面温度可达600℃以上,将已升温的圆头接触病变部位,使组织碳化脱落。用于治疗扁平疣、雀斑、色素痣、毛痣、皮赘等。临床应用100例,10天左右痂皮脱落,25天左右病变部位长平,效果良好。
