一、综述国家强制性标准《限制商品过度包装要求食品和化妆品》(GB 23350-2009)于2010年4月1日起正式实施。这不仅标志着我国生产、销售、使用的食品和化妆品包装将进行一轮“瘦身”;而且标志着我国的循环经济发展已经进入到一个全面推进的阶段;这更是中国履行2009年在哥本哈根气候大会上承诺,为解决全球气候问题、建设低碳经济的一次里程碑式的行动。
First, a review of national mandatory standards “restrictions on excessive packaging of food and cosmetics requirements” (GB 23350-2009) on April 1, 2010 came into effect. This not only marks the one-round “downsizing” of food and cosmetic packaging to be produced, sold and used in China, but also marks the stage where China’s circular economy has entered a phase of an all-round promotion. Copenhagen Climate Conference promised to solve the global climate problem, building a low-carbon economy a landmark operation.
