本期为您推出的是一位名字常见于集邮类杂志与报纸的邮学家许庆发先生。许先生1933年12月出生于辽宁省大连市,今年七十有二,中等身材,脸色白净,声音宏亮,说起先生的体质可用A级棒来评价。这样说吧,如今不少退休老人都为就医吃药发愁,报怨费用太高,可是许先生自1994年退休以来从未报销过医药费。虽说老许身上的零部件尚好,但毕竟是古稀之年的人了,耳朵有点背,关于这一点笔者下面还要介绍。本文仅就他的集邮经历、集邮研究的特点,向诸位作一简介。
