近年来,新矿集团紧密结合企业实际,以建设主业突出、竞争力强的国际化大企业集团为目标,以创建“学习型企业“为载体,认真学习研究被称作”未来企业应变之道”的学习型组织理论以及人本管理理论,在实践探索中走出了一条具有自身特色的创建学习型企业之路,形成了”45231”学习型企业树状模型。模型的基本构架是:以四种学习理念为根,以五个运行机制为干,以两个节段伸展为枝叶,以三个重点项目为花,以一个共同愿景为果。
In recent years, Xinmin Group, in close connection with the actual business, aims at building an international conglomerate with prominent main business and strong competitiveness, and establishes a “learning-oriented enterprise” as a carrier to study and study what is known as “ Road ”learning organization theory and human-oriented management theory, in the practice of exploration out of a unique learning path to create a learning enterprise, formed a“ 45231 ”learning enterprise tree model.
