介绍了江苏省中医医院近3年来在科研机构建设、学科学术带头人及科研人才培养方面的具体措施和绩效考核等机制的经验和体会。主要内容包括:加强内设科研机构建设、引入竞争机制,重视名医及学科学术带头人培养、加强科研人才培养,建立稳定的科研队伍和绩效考核、激励等运行机制,促进队伍建设等。认为科教的发展重点体现在人才的培养,建设研究型医院,培养科研人才是医院适应新形势,迎接新挑战,进行科学管理,提高医院医疗技术水平、服务水平、研究水平的重要举措。
