高温结构陶瓷,由于它所共有的优越性能,近年来引起了人们的重视,并获得了深入研究和广泛应用。高温结构陶瓷在工程上应用。为数不少的是以陶瓷与金属材料组成复合构件形式出现。因此、高温结构陶瓷与金属的焊接技术研究,对高温结构陶瓷的开发和拓宽领域,具有重要意义。本文对氧化锆陶瓷与HT23—48铸铁直接钎焊用活性金属钎料进行了研究。研究结果表明,氧化锆陶瓷与铸铁直接钎焊用活性金属钎料中Ag—cu—Ti系列钎料性能最好。
Due to its superior performance, high-temperature structural ceramics have drawn people’s attention in recent years and obtained in-depth research and extensive application. Therefore, the high temperature structural ceramics and metal welding technology research, the development of high temperature structural ceramics and broaden the field, is of great significance. In this paper, zirconia ceramic and HT23-48 cast iron direct brazing with active metal solder was studied. The results show that the Ag-Cu-Ti series brazing filler metal is the best among the active metal brazing filler metals for direct brazing of zirconia ceramics and cast iron.
