作为一类特殊的出版物,教材赋予了教材编辑特殊的职责,也造就了教材编辑的编者、著者和研究者等多重复合身份。文章提出,作为编者,教材编辑要执行更为严苛的出版时限和标准要求。作为著者,他们是“三结合”队伍中的一员,不仅要承担教材样章编写、教师培训等基础性工作,更要以全面育人为根本目标,以教育学、心理学、学科发展等相关理论作为编写的指导,在充分考虑学生的接受能力和教学的可操作性的基础上完成教材编写的继承与创新。作为研究者,多种形式的研究为他们深入扎实地把握教材的科学性、严谨性提供了根本保障,也是他们作为合格的编者和著者的深度支撑。
As a special kind of publication, the textbook gives the textbook editor a special responsibility, but also creates a multi-compound identity such as editor, author and researcher of the textbook editor.
