束支和单支、双支、三支传导阻滞长期以来,认为把房室结和心室联系起来的束支仅有二条,即左束支及右束支。Rose-baum等(1967年)认为左束支下尚可分为左前分支和左后分支,加上右束支而建立了三支分立的传导通路概念。这三个分支之一若发生了传导阻滞即为单支传导阻滞,即右束支阻滞、左前分支阻滞及左后分支阻滞;其中二支发生阻滞时常称为双支传导阻滞,主要为右束支传导阻滞伴有左前或左后分支阻滞。以及由于左前分支及左后分支阻滞而形成的左束支传导阻
