在知识时代快速发展的今天,各高校越来越重视对图书馆的建设。而图书馆人员作为图书馆建设重要的一环,其素质提升也变得尤为重要。作为一名优秀的图书馆人员,需要提高自身素质,加强自身的服务意识,继续学习以满足不同时期发展的需要,以便更好地服务于高校的师生们。本文基于对图书馆人员素质现状的分析,并结合实际经验,对提升高校图书馆人员素质的策略进行探讨。
In the rapid development of knowledge era, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the construction of libraries. Librarians, as an important part of library construction, have also become more and more important in quality improvement. As an excellent library staff, they need to improve their own quality, enhance their sense of service, continue to learn to meet the needs of development in different periods in order to better serve the teachers and students in colleges and universities. Based on the analysis of the present situation of library staff quality and the practical experience, this article discusses the strategies to improve the quality of university library staff.
