本文报道冷冻治疗口腔颌面部肿瘤120例的经验。随访1～4年。依其部位和范围选用液氮探头压冻或喷射。89例良性肿瘤中获得随访的68例,治愈率为60％,复发率13.2％。不同类型的肿瘤疗效并不一致。31例恶性肿瘤中24例获得随访,66.7％得到控制,复发率29.2％。并发症主要有:开口困难1例,严重出血2例,冷冻区麻木5例,牙槽骨坏死1例。冷冻治疗安全简便,疗效良好,术后功能障碍及毁容轻微,对适当病例应作为首选疗法。
This article reports the experience of cryotherapy for 120 cases of oral and maxillofacial tumors. Follow up for 1 to 4 years. According to its location and scope, use liquid nitrogen probe to freeze or spray. Of the 89 patients with benign tumors, 68 were followed up with a cure rate of 60% and a recurrence rate of 13.2%. The efficacy of different types of tumors is not consistent. Of the 31 cases of malignant tumors, 24 were followed up, 66.7% were controlled, and the recurrence rate was 29.2%. The main complications were: 1 difficulty in opening, 2 cases of severe bleeding, 5 cases of numbness in frozen area, and 1 case of alveolar bone necrosis. Cryotherapy is safe, simple, effective, postoperative dysfunction and slight disfigurement, and should be the first choice for appropriate cases.
