我们学校所面临的学生一般是学困生或偏科很严重的学生,如何培养他们的能力,提高成绩,是我们非常头疼的事。而且,随着新课程的改革,教学大纲中增加了一些词汇、交际用语、精读泛读课文、中西文化的对比,对学生的要求也有所提高,注重培养他们的创新意识、独立思考能力、知识综合运用能力,培养合作精神和社会公德意识。这些内容的增多,必定给我们的教学带来一定的困难,如何解决这些问题,提高学生的英语水平,提高教学质量?我谈一
