目的:提高医师对临床药师的认同度,促进临床合理用药。方法:采用临床前参加专科临床药师培训,跟随临床医师查房、病例讨论、建立药历等方法。结果:药师为医师提供了临床用药帮助,为患者提供用药教育,解决了部分的用药问题,提高了医疗质量。结论:药师应充分发挥自身的学科优势,深入临床,促进合理用药,提高医疗质量。
Objective: To improve the physician’s approval of clinical pharmacists to promote clinical rational use of drugs. Methods: Clinical preclinical pharmacists to participate in pre-clinical training, follow clinics ward rounds, case discussions, the establishment of medical calendar and other methods. Results: The pharmacists provided clinical help to physicians, provided medication education for patients, solved some medication problems and improved medical quality. Conclusion: Pharmacists should give full play to their own academic strengths, in-depth clinical, and promote rational drug use, improve medical quality.
