一 1984年9月4日,苏联俄罗斯联邦共和国教育部长维谢洛夫发布命令,批准业经修定的《中学生外语知识、技能和技巧的评定标准》(以下简称《评定标准》),并从1984—85学年度第二学期起实施。原有的,1977年8月11日公布的《评定标准》同时失效。命令规定,要保证所有中学教师、学校和教学法联合组织的负责人,国民教育机关、教师进修学院等有关的工作人员认真研究这一新的《评定标准》,并善于在实际工作中运用。命令还要求将《评定标准》中的具体规定告知学生家长。
