本文报告用异基因骨髓移植治疗慢性粒细胞性白血病30例的结果。其中20例用全T淋巴细胞单克隆抗体去除供髓中的T淋巴细胞,另10例则否。移植结果表明,去除T淋巴细胞移植组的患者移植后移植物抗宿主病(GVHD)发生率低,缓解持续时间短,费城染色体(Ph~1)阳性细胞复发率高,未去除T淋巴细胞移植组则与之相反(P值分别<0.05、<0.05和<0.02)。
This article reports the results of 30 cases of chronic myeloid leukemia treated with allogeneic bone marrow transplantation. Among them, 20 cases of all T lymphocyte monoclonal antibodies to remove the T lymphocytes for the marrow, and the other 10 cases were not. The results of transplantation indicated that the patients with T lymphocyte transplantation had a lower incidence of graft-versus-host disease (GVHD), short duration of remission, high recurrence rate of Ph ~ 1 positive cells in Philadelphia and no removal of T lymphocyte transplantation The group was the opposite (P <0.05, <0.05 and <0.02, respectively).
