目的:研究硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗阴道炎临床效果和安全性。方法:选取100例阴道炎患者并按照治疗方法将其分为两组(各50例),观察组给以硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊治疗,对照组给以苦参栓治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为96.88%,对照组为75.00%,组间比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);观察组治疗后阴道白带增多、阴道内灼热、外阴瘙痒和尿路刺激征临床症状比例均显著低于对照组患者和治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗过程中和治疗后均未出现并发症。结论:在治疗阴道炎临床上硝呋太尔制霉素阴道软胶囊效果显著。
Objective: To study the clinical effect and safety of nifuratel nystatin vaginitis soft capsule in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods: 100 cases of vaginitis were selected and divided into two groups (50 cases each) according to the method of treatment. The observation group was treated with nifurative neomycin vaginitis soft capsule and the control group was treated with matrine suppository. Two groups of treatment. Results: The total effective rate of clinical observation was 96.88% in the observation group and 75.00% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). After the treatment, vaginal leucorrhea increased, vaginal burning, genital itching and Urinary tract irritation symptoms were significantly lower than the proportion of patients in the control group and before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01); no complications during and after treatment. Conclusion: In the treatment of vaginitis clinically nifuratel nystatin vaginal soft capsule effect is remarkable.
