为了认真贯彻落实国务院食品卫生管理试行条例第十三条规定,结合我区实际情况对食品企业内患有肝炎、肺结核等传染病人,根据病情分五级进行管理。一级管理:不适继续从事食品工作,须长期调离者。病种:1.肺结核一组病人中的八型肺结核(慢性纤维空洞型肺结核)。2.肝硬化长期肝功能代偿者。二级管理:不适从事正常工作,需住院或在家治疗休息者。
In order to conscientiously implement Article 13 of the Provisional Regulations of the State Council on Food Hygiene Management, in accordance with the actual conditions in our district, people suffering from infectious diseases such as hepatitis and tuberculosis in food enterprises shall be managed at five levels according to their illness. A management: discomfort continue to engage in food work, to be removed from the long-term. Diseases: 1. Tuberculosis One group of patients with eight tuberculosis (chronic fibrous hollow tuberculosis). 2. Liver cirrhosis long-term liver function compensator. Secondary management: not suitable for normal work, hospitalization or rest at home.
