应用线性规划方法制定勘探方案,可以按总的设想从全局观点出发,把有关的因素尽量多的考虑进去,例如:探区中潜在的资源量、单位储量的综合勘探成本、方案实施期间的产量计划、探区中各分区之间的产量分配以及不同类型储量之间的产量分配等因素都与勘探方案有关。这些因素就是线性规划模型中的约束条件,在此条件下求解目标函数就能得出总的设想的数值解,例如勘探周期、投资费用以及经济效益。应用线性规划方法可以在短期内制定出多种勘探方案,通过方案比较可以选择出最好的勘探方案。以达到在最短时间内,用最少的投资,获得最大的经济效益。
