超大吨位履带起重机采用单卷扬机构缺点有3点:一是要求所配起升钢丝绳倍率较大,长度较长;二是要求卷扬机滚筒体积较大,从而给卷扬机构布置带来困难;三是会使卷扬机滚筒上的钢丝绳层数过多,易于造成钢丝绳挤压和磨损。因此,超大吨位履带起重机大多采用2台卷扬机同步起升。采用2台卷扬机起升时,若2台卷扬机不同步,可能造成吊钩倾斜、钢丝绳脱离滑轮、滑轮损坏等故障,甚至会导致安全事故。因此,采用2台卷扬机起升必须设置同步机构。当卷扬同步机构有故障造成起升不同步时,要立即停机进
