我校1988年6月7日由海淀区教育局领导正式批准实行校长负责制。七月二十六日被定为海淀区深化内部改革的试点校。 我校教职员工107人,定编98人,聘任92人,未聘15人中,外借、病休、脱产学习、孕妇和将办离休手续的共10人,真正属于未聘的有教师3人,职员2人。定编前档案工资人均为136元,实发工资收入人均为192元,实行内部结构工资制以后,人均工资为231元。教师最高工资为337.62元,最低
Our school June 7, 1988 by Haidian District Board of Education officially approved the implementation of the principal responsibility system.
