采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、调查问卷法与数理统计法等研究方法,以北京市中关村中学初一年级部分学生、体育教师为例,对中学生参加课外体育活动的基本情况进行分析。结果显示,影响学生参加课外体育活动的主要因素有几个方面,即学校领导的重视程度不够、场地设施不够完善,学生自身时间分配的不足等,针对这些不利因素,探讨有效的对策与建议,对促进中关村中学初一学生的课外体育活动提供一定的参考依据。
Taking the first grade freshmen of Zhongguancun Middle School in Beijing as an example, this paper analyzes the basic situation of secondary school students participating in extracurricular sports activities by using the methods of documentation, expert interview, questionnaire and mathematical statistics. The results show that the main factors affecting students ’participation in extracurricular sports activities are several aspects, namely, inadequate attention of school leaders, imperfect venue and facilities, inadequate allocation of students’ time, etc. In view of these unfavorable factors, effective countermeasures and suggestions are discussed, To promote Zhongguancun high school first-class sports extracurricular activities to provide some reference.
