农村村级小学体育“代课教师”问题是一个客观存在的现状,研究和解决农村村级小学体育“代课教师”问题,是推动甘肃省《体育与健康》课程标准顺利实施的根本保证,是全面推进“阳光体育运动”贯彻落实的需要。本文从“代课教师”概念和内涵入手,分析了甘肃省农村村级小学体育“代课教师”的现状和存在的问题,主要表现在农村村级小学体育代课教师队伍分布广、年龄轻、教龄短、工资低、身份和来源复杂、整体素质不高,缺乏管理等特点。分析了小学体育代课教师存在的原因,并提出了制定相关的政策和法规,加强对体育代课教师的管理、注重各种形式的在职培训、通过人事制度,加大体育代课教师的转正力度、统筹规划,妥善的安置等来解决农村小学体育“代课教师”问题的对策和途径。
The problem of “substitute teacher” in rural primary school in rural areas is an objective reality. Analyzes the reasons for the existence of substitute teachers in primary schools and puts forward some suggestions to formulate related policies and regulations, strengthen the management of substitute teachers, pay attention to various forms of on-the-job training, increase personnel training, Planning, proper placement and so on to solve the rural primary school sports “substitute teacher ” countermeasures and ways.
