本文详细分析了计算全息散射板的原理,提出了应用电子束曝光技术制作计算全息散射板的新方法,并给出了计算全息散射板干涉仪的测量结果。最后,讨论了计算全息散射板的应用前景。
In this paper, the principle of calculating holographic diffuser is analyzed in detail. A new method of calculating holographic diffuser by electron beam lithography is proposed. The measurement results of holographic diffuser interferometer are given. Finally, the application prospect of calculating holographic diffuser is discussed.
