用于装配、搬运和上下料作业的 JRB-1型工业机器人,最近由东南大学和常州电机电器总厂联合研制成功。并于11月12日在南京通过了专家鉴定.JRB-1是五自由度全关节型工业机器人,其重复精度为1mm,抓重5kg,机器人本体全部用国产元件.这台采用平行四边形结构的工业机器人。采用 IBM-PC 作为主计算机,承担各项伺服控制与路径规划.当路径复杂时,也可另加一台上位机组成二级控制.在干扰较大的生产现场,还可以改用工业 PC机,现有系统的插件和软件均可通用.机器人除过载、过压、速度反馈等故障保护由速度控制器硬件实现外,其它如伺服控制、路径规划、超程保护,碰撞和环境应答等功能,都由计算机实时控制.
