培训是促进幼儿教师专业发展的重要途径。由于在教师参培目的、培训内容、方式以及考核等方面存在问题,幼儿教师培训实效性不高。从教师的需求出发,以教师实践中的问题为载体,立足教师专业发展的不同阶段进行分层培训,创新培训模式和方法,建立效果反馈-后续培训机制,去引导教师不断发展,是提高培训实效的必然途径。
Training is an important way to promote kindergarten teachers’ professional development.
