一、事故概况 1988年10月13日某电厂在将循环水泵叶轮从轴上拆下时,叶轮发生爆炸,造成一人死亡。循环水泵叶轮结构如图1所示。叶轮和轴的联接主要采用键联接及过盈配合,但过盈量很小。拆卸时加热叶轮,并对叶轮和轴施加轴向推力。叶轮置于加热源上方,并绕轴转动。这是电厂中常用的拆卸方法。叶轮外边缘部分加热至近300℃时还没有拆卸成功,停了一会,突然从叶轮轮盘两叶片间飞出一铁块,击中一操作工,铁块飞出的同时从叶轮的空腔内喷出蒸汽。
