患者男,17岁,双下肢瘀点伴关节肿痛7天,诊断为过敏性紫癜.入院第5天出现右下腹疼痛,伴有便中带血;急查腹部X线示:回盲部肠管结构紊乱,部分层面呈“同心圆”改变;剖腹探查示:肠梗阻,阑尾充血肿胀.术中诊断为“肠套叠、急性肠梗阻、急性阑尾炎”,给予急诊手术治疗,2周后好转出院.“,”A 17-year-old patient presented with petechiae on his legs, accompanied by joint swelling and pain for seven days,which was diagnosed initially as Henoch-Sch(o)nlein Purpura. On the fifth day of admission,the patient complained of pain in the right lower abdommen and blood in the stool. Abdominal X-ray revealed abnormal ileocecal structure and “concentric” changes in some areas. Laparotomy showed intestinal obstruction and appendicular hyperemia and swelling. Intraoperative diagnosis was “ intussusception,intestinal obstruction and acute appendicitis”. Two weeks after emergency operation,the patient recovered and was discharged from hospital.
