用两段工艺生产金属包覆炭黑(MCCB),首先由金属复合物水解得到的母体沉积在炭黑(CB)表面,然后在高温下通过氢化作用将母体还原成金属。利用浆料的膨胀沉淀条件控制了炭黑添加量及粒径。通过初始盐母体的浓度控制CB表面上的金属量。铁磁体复合材料所需的填料为铁和镍包覆炭黑。
Metal-coated carbon black (MCCB) is produced by a two-stage process in which the precursor obtained by the hydrolysis of the metal complex is first deposited on the surface of carbon black (CB) and then reduced to metal by hydrogenation at high temperature. The use of slurry expansion and precipitation conditions control the amount and size of carbon black added. The amount of metal on the surface of the CB is controlled by the concentration of the initial salt parent. The ferromagnetic composite material required for the filler is iron and nickel-coated carbon black.
