聚合物驱后采出液中由于聚合物的注入,采出液的粘度和油水混合物体系的稳定性增加,油水分离较常规分离更加困难,阻碍了聚合物驱油技术的推广应用。为了解旋流器在注聚含油污水中的分离性能,测试了旋流器的进出水油滴粒径分布,结合进出水含油浓度,做出了旋流器级效率曲线及水力特性曲线;比较了系统加药对旋流器分离性能的影响。试验表明旋流器用离心泵供液时,分离性能较单螺杆泵供液时略有下降,但尚可为工业应用所接受。
Due to the polymer injection in the recovery liquid after polymer flooding, the viscosity of the production fluid and the stability of the oil-water mixture system increase. Oil-water separation is more difficult than conventional separation and hinder the popularization and application of polymer flooding technology. In order to understand the separation performance of hydrocyclone in oil injection polluted water, the droplet size distribution of inlet and outlet of hydrocyclone was tested, and the efficiency curve and hydraulic characteristic curve of hydrocyclone were made according to the oil concentration of inlet and outlet water.
