患者,女,32岁。1992年7月2日因急性尿路感染,给予洁霉素0.6g 肌注,每日2次。氟哌酸0.2g、呋喃坦定0.1g、乌洛托品0.3g,均每日3次口服。当日下午肌注洁霉素(广州明兴制药厂生产,批号910522—1)1次,感头昏。次日下午4时来我院门诊治疗室肌注第二次洁霉素,注射完毕,患音即感全身无力,头昏,大汗淋漓,面色苍白,唇发绀,呼吸急促,随之人事不省。测血压为零,脉搏扪不清,心率54次/分,律齐,心音低钝微
