本研究对60例8周至足月人胎儿胃肠道5-HT 免疫活性细胞(EC 细胞)用兔抗5-HT血清做了免疫金银及 PAP 染色。结果表明,EC 细胞最早见于8周人胚十二指肠上皮,12周后在胃肠道全长均可见到。各时期胎儿胃肠道 EC 细胞的数量(以有核 EC 细胞数/视野计数)由多至少,依次为十二指肠、空肠、回肠、阑尾、结肠及胃。胃窦中 EC 细胞常具有细长突起与邻近腺细胞相接触。除胃体中 EC 细胞多为闭合型外,其余部位的 EC 细胞多为开放型。在阑尾上皮及肠腺中还可见到紧密相贴、聚集成群的 EC 细胞。
In this study, immunostaining, silver staining and PAP staining of rabbit anti-5-HT serum were performed on 60 gastrointestinal 5-HT immunocompetent cells (EC cells) of human fetuses with 8 weeks to full term. The results showed that EC cells were seen in human embryonicoduodenal epithelium at the earliest of 8 weeks and were visible in the full length of the gastrointestinal tract after 12 weeks. The number of fetal gastrointestinal EC cells (counted in terms of nucleated EC cells / field of view) was at least in the order of duodenum, jejunum, ileum, appendix, colon and stomach in each period. The antrum in the EC cells often have elongated protrusions and adjacent gland cells in contact. In addition to gastric body EC cells are mostly closed type, the rest of the EC cells are mostly open type. In the appendix epithelial and glandular gland can also be seen in close contact with the aggregation of EC cells in groups.
