关于企业法人超范围经营的效力问题,历来有肯定和否定两种意见。两种观点各有其利弊,在比较了二者的利弊之后,本文提出了我国立法应考虑的几点建议。
There have always been two positive and negative opinions on the effectiveness of corporate overruns. Both views have their advantages and disadvantages, after comparing the advantages and disadvantages of the two, this paper puts forward some suggestions that our country’s legislation should consider.
