家校沟通可谓是学校教育工作一个永恒的话题。在学校日常工作中,因一些小事情而引发的家长与学校之间的误会时有发生。发生误会如何正确、有效地加以化解,在一定程度上考量着学校管理者的智慧。接到家长投诉件去年底的一天下午,我接到区教育局办公室转来的思明区人民政府“政民互动”网上的一个家长投诉件,投诉件的内容是“:距离期末考试不到三周了,学校为何不好好地组织学生 Home school communication can be described as an eternal topic of school education.
