假释是一个国家人道主义的体现,是使罪犯再社会化的重要桥梁。对罪犯是否适用假释是决定罪犯改造积极性的重要手段。但是,我国的假释制度并不完善,适用率低、程序不合理等问题严重影响了我国假释的作用。因此,本文通过指出我国现行假释制度的不足,提出了相应的改进方法,并从假释的适用条件、实施程序两个方面提出了一些完善措施。
Parole is a manifestation of a nation’s humanitarianism and an important bridge for socializing criminals. Parole for criminals is an important means of determining the enthusiasm of criminals. However, the system of parole in our country is not perfect, the application rate is low, the procedure is not reasonable and other issues have seriously affected the role of parole in our country. Therefore, this paper points out the shortcomings of the current parole system in our country, puts forward some corresponding improvement methods, and puts forward some perfecting measures from the application conditions of the parole and the implementation procedure.
