为了加快国有企业向新经济体制过渡,审计署、国家企改委和国家经贸委日前联合发布了《全民所有制工业企业转换经营机制审计监督规定》。《规定》指出,审计机关通过审计监督维护企业法定经营自主权。
In order to speed up the transition of state-owned enterprises to the new economy, the Audit Commission, the State Enterprise Reform Commission and the State Economic and Trade Commission jointly released the “Regulations on Auditing and Supervision of the Conversion Operation Mechanism of State-owned Industrial Enterprises”. The “Provisions” pointed out that the auditing organs through the audit supervision and maintenance of legal autonomy of enterprises.
