多年来,我们的作文训练采用了教师的“一言堂教学”,偏重于教师的指导、批改和讲解,而忽视了学生的主动参与。学生只是奉命写作,围着教师的指挥棒转。因而作文训练出现了费时多、收效差的现象。夸美纽斯在《大教学论》中指出:“教师要在学生有了学习要求的情况下去教;要在学生理解的基础上要求记;要在学生明白行动规则的条件下再要求去做。”因此,我们改变一些原有的教学习惯,努力创设和谐的教学氛围,积极鼓励学生主动参与作文训练,从而取得了较好的教学效果。我们运用以下方法引导学生主动参与作文训练。
Over the years, our essay training has adopted the teacher's “one-word instruction”, focusing on the teacher's instruction, criticism and explanation, while ignoring the students' active participation. Students are only ordered to write, turn around the teacher's baton. Thus writing training appeared more time-consuming, ineffective phenomenon. Comenius pointed out in “The Theory of Teaching” that “teachers should teach under the condition that students have learning requirements; they must remember on the basis of students' understanding; they should be required to do when students understand the rules of action ”Therefore, we have changed some of the original teaching habits, and strive to create a harmonious atmosphere of teaching, and actively encourage students to take the initiative to participate in essay training, which achieved good teaching results. We use the following methods to guide students to take the initiative to participate in essay training.
