如何避免相近专业实训资源的重复建设,实现资源共享,提高使用效益,是目前高职院校亟需解决的问题。本文以淄博职业学院经管实训中心的运行与管理为例,对专业实验实训中心模式进行了探索,得出整合专业分散的相近实训资源,统筹规划,集中管理,协调使用,是目前解决专业实训资源紧张的一条良好途径。
