目前建筑用钢筋大部分会采用冷拔工艺处理,以增加钢筋的弹性极限,极限强度和屈服强度,而且经过多次冷拉和热处理之后会从普通有明显屈服点钢材变为无明显屈服点钢材。本文旨在研究单次冷拔中所施加的强度与钢筋机械性能的关系,通过分析实验数据可知其随着施加的强度的上升,钢筋的抗拉强度出现上升而后下降的趋势。此结论可为随后的冷拔钢筋生产提供相应的借鉴。
At present, most of the construction steel will be cold drawn process to increase the elastic limit of steel, ultimate strength and yield strength, and after repeated cold-drawing and heat treatment will change from the general obvious yield point steel to no obvious yield point steel . The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the strength applied in single cold drawing and the mechanical properties of steel bars. The experimental data shows that with the increase of applied strength, the tensile strength of steel increases and then decreases. This conclusion can provide reference for the subsequent cold-drawn steel production.
