林业是一个国家发展的重要基础。在我国森林覆盖面积与国外发达国家相比较不论是在人均森林占有面积还是总体森林覆盖面积上都与其有不小的差距。长期以来,我国一直致力于林地的的建设,尤其是近些年来我国加大了对于森林的造林速度,造林面积不断的扩大,虽然也取得了一定的成绩但是不足之处是造林的质量有所欠缺使得造林效果大打折扣,为提高造林质量需要在总结分析各地气候、地质的等特点的基础上对造林方案进行合理的分析、讨论以确保人工造林的质量。
