目的对广州萝岗区食物中毒来源的副溶血性弧菌进行实验室病原学分析,为疫情防控提供科学依据。方法收集2014-2015年3宗副溶血性弧菌食物中毒分离株,对其进行血清学分型、毒力基因检测及药敏试验。结果共分离到副溶血性弧菌食物中毒株25株,其中病人株22株,可分为2个血清型,O3:K6型21株(95.5%),O11:K22型1株(4.5%),TDH基因携带率为100.0%,TRH基因携带率为13.6%;3株食物株可分为2个血清型,O3:K6型2株(66.7%),O2:K51型1株(33.3%),TDH基因携带率为100.0%,未检出TRH基因。耐药谱分析结果显示:菌株对青霉素类抗生素氨苄西林耐药率为96.0%,1株食物株对氨苄西林、甲氨苄啶和磺胺甲恶唑多重耐药。结论广州萝岗区副溶血性弧菌食物中毒分离株以携带TDH毒力基因的O3:K6型菌株为主,菌株普遍对青霉素类抗生素氨苄西林有较强耐药性,少数菌株出现多重耐药。
Objective To analyze the laboratory etiological analysis of Vibrio parahaemolyticus from food poisoning in Luogang District, Guangzhou, and provide a scientific basis for prevention and control of the epidemic. Methods Three strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning isolated from 2014-2015 were collected for serological typing, virulence gene detection and drug susceptibility testing. Results Twenty - five strains of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food were isolated, of which 22 strains were divided into two serotypes: 21 (95.5%) of O3: K6 and 1 (4.5%) of O11: K22 , TDH gene carrier rate was 100.0% and TRH gene carrier rate was 13.6%. Three strains of food could be divided into two serotypes: two strains of O3: K6 (66.7%) and one strain of O2: K51 (33.3% , TDH gene carrier rate was 100.0%, TRH gene was not detected. Resistant spectrum analysis showed that the resistant rate of the strain to ampicillin was 96.0%. A strain of the strain was multi-drug resistant to ampicillin, methicillin and sulfamethoxazole. Conclusion The strain of Vibrio parahaemolyticus food poisoning in Luogang District of Guangzhou is mainly O3: K6 strains carrying TDH virulence genes. The strain is generally resistant to penicillin antibiotic ampicillin and few strains are multi-drug resistant .
